How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data from our servers, follow these steps:

1. Open the PIC Presenze Mobile App on your device
2. Log in to your account if you haven't already
3. Go to Settings (gear icon)
4. Scroll down and find the option "Deactivate Account"
5. Tap the button and confirm your request

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• All your personal data will be deleted from our servers
• You will no longer be able to log in to the app with your credentials
• Your historical time records will be retained (only for legal requirements) but will no longer be associated with your account

Processing time

Account deletion happens automatically immediately after confirmation. Complete data removal from backups may take up to 30 days.
