Quick Start

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This guide walks you through the first steps to get your business online with ASH-Booking. Following the steps in order will get you ready to receive your first bookings in just a few minutes. The names used here match the sidebar menu labels of the panel.

The 6 Steps to Get Started

1. Complete your company details

  1. Go to Headquarters in the sidebar menu
  2. In the Informations tab fill in the name, logo, description, contact info and address
  3. In the Administration tab complete the billing details

Why it matters: your logo and contact details appear in emails and on the pages your customers see.

2. Create your first site

  1. Go to Sites and click Add
  2. The first field is Business Type: choose it before filling in the rest
  3. Enter the name, address, phone and map location
  4. Set the opening hours for each day of the week: menu Availability → Timetable (days without hours = closed)

Choose the Business Type

The business type is not a label. It decides how that site accepts bookings. On save, the system sets the capacity model by itself: you do not pick it in a separate field, and it cannot be changed after creation.

Choose based on how you work, not only on the name of the business.

| Business type | How customers book | Choose it if... | |---|---|---| | Restaurants and Bars | Fixed Slots: the customer picks a time slot (lunch, dinner, aperitif) and how many people are coming. Each slot has a maximum number of seats. | Covers matter, not an operator. This also fits a bar or pizzeria that books by time slot. | | Hairdressers | Agenda: the customer books a service with a duration. The system occupies an operator or a station for that whole time. | Each appointment is tied to a person or a chair. | | Beauticians | Agenda, same as hairdressers. | Treatments are booked on a beautician or a cabin, one at a time. |

A site uses one model only. Fixed Slots and Agenda do not mix: a restaurant that also wants to book treatments needs two sites, one per business type.

Warning: if you pick the wrong business type, the site form does not let you correct it. Create the site only when you are sure, or contact support before accepting real bookings. Hours, services and staff can still be adjusted later.

3. Create your services

Services are what customers can book:

  1. Go to Services → Company Services and click Add
  2. Set the name, duration and price
  3. If the service is delivered by a specific operator, station or room, link the resources from the dedicated field in the service form
  4. Organize services into Service Categories (same Services menu) to make choosing easier for customers

4. Invite your staff

  1. Go to Users and create a user for each operator
  2. In the Role tab set the Assigned Sites where they can work
  3. Each operator automatically receives an activation email to set their password

5. Try the booking flow

  1. Go to Bookings and create a test booking (or use the calendar)
  2. Try the main actions: confirm, reject, cancel, no-show
  3. Check the notifications received (admin and customer) and how the booking appears in the list

6. Choose the plan that fits you

  1. Open the user menu in the top-right corner and go to Your plan to see your active plan
  2. During the 30-day free trial you can use the platform at no cost
  3. Whenever you are ready, activate a paid plan by credit card or bank transfer

Setup complete

From here the platform works for you: customers can book and you manage everything from the panel (or the mobile app).
